Healthcare organisations operate under strict regulation, high data sensitivity and complex interdepartmental processes. Off-the-shelf platforms often create data silos or force teams to adapt their workflows to generic tools. Bespoke development aligns systems to clinical reality and keeps patient data protected.

We are also developing AI projects. We are working with The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital (RJAH) on an AI solution to speed up the analysis of DEXA bone scans, with the goal of reducing the current NHS waiting time from around six months to roughly two weeks. The clinical research database we designed, (OsBone) is being integrated with the hospital’s EPR (Apollo) so scans can be routed securely for analysis on OsBone, while Apollo (EPR) remains the clinical system of record and single source of truth.
